This privacy policy describes how the personal data of users visiting this website (the “Site”) is processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018 (the “Italian Privacy Code”).
The Site is a purely informational (“showcase”) website. It contains no contact forms, restricted areas, registration systems, or profiling tools. No personal data is collected directly from users through the Site.

The Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as the legal conditions requiring one do not apply.
2. Types of data processed
Browsing data. The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects but, by its very nature, could allow users to be identified through processing and association with data held by third parties (for example IP addresses, request times, the method used to submit the request to the server, and the size of the file obtained in response).
This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check that it functions correctly, and is processed only for as long as strictly necessary.
4. Purposes and legal basis of processing
Browsing data and technical cookies are processed for the following purposes:
- to enable the correct delivery and use of the Site;
- to ensure the security and correct technical functioning of the pages;
- to obtain anonymous, aggregated statistical information on usage.
The legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller in ensuring the functioning and security of the Site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), as well as, for technical cookies, technical necessity under Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code.
5. Processing methods and recipients
Data is processed using electronic and telematic tools, adopting security measures adequate to prevent data loss, unlawful or improper use, and unauthorized access. Data may be processed by the technical service providers necessary for the operation of the Site (in particular the hosting provider), acting as data processors or independent controllers. Data is not disclosed or communicated to third parties for commercial purposes.
6. Transfer of data outside the EU
Some technical providers may be based or have servers outside the European Union. In such cases, transfers take place in compliance with Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR, on the basis of adequacy decisions by the European Commission or appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
7. Retention period
Browsing data is retained only for as long as strictly necessary for the purposes indicated above and in any case in accordance with legal terms. Technical cookies last for the duration of the session or as established by the platform provider.
8. Rights of the data subject
Users may exercise at any time the rights set out in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, including: access to their data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability. Requests may be sent to the Controller using the contact details in section 1.
Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, namely the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
9. Changes to this privacy policy
The Controller reserves the right to modify or update this privacy policy at any time, giving notice by publishing it on the Site. Users are invited to consult this page periodically.
