The Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as the legal conditions requiring one do not apply.

Browsing data. The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects but, by its very nature, could allow users to be identified through processing and association with data held by third parties (for example IP addresses, request times, the method used to submit the request to the server, and the size of the file obtained in response).

This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check that it functions correctly, and is processed only for as long as strictly necessary.

The Site uses exclusively technical cookies and/or technical tools necessary for the proper functioning of the pages. No profiling, marketing, or analytics cookies requiring the user’s prior consent are used.

Since the Site uses only technical cookies, pursuant to Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority (2021), no user consent is required for their use. Users may nonetheless manage or disable cookies through their browser settings.

Data may be processed by the technical service providers necessary for the operation of the Site (in particular the hosting provider), acting as data processors or independent controllers. Data is not disclosed or communicated to third parties for commercial purposes.

Some technical providers may be based or have servers outside the European Union. In such cases, transfers take place in compliance with Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR, on the basis of adequacy decisions by the European Commission or appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

Browsing data is retained only for as long as strictly necessary for the purposes indicated above and in any case in accordance with legal terms. Technical cookies last for the duration of the session or as established by the platform provider.

Users may exercise at any time the rights set out in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, including: access to their data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability. Requests may be sent to the Controller using the contact details in section 1.

Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, namely the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).

The Controller reserves the right to modify or update this privacy policy at any time, giving notice by publishing it on the Site. Users are invited to consult this page periodically.
